Question 1: What are the shipping times and prices?

Answer:

Dispatch Time:

  • All items are dispatched within 3 working days.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once dispatched (please check your spam mail!).

Delivery Times and Costs:

UK Delivery:

  • Cost: Small parcels: £2.70 & Large parcels: £3.70
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Service Providers: Yodel or Evri for Mainland UK and Royal Mail for the rest of the UK.

International Delivery (EU):

  • Cost: Small parcels: £7.20 & Large parcels: £10.50.
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 6-8 working days after dispatch.
  • Service Provider: Evri

International Delivery (Worldwide):

  • Cost: Small parcels: £9.50 & Large parcels: £15.00.
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 9-11 working days after dispatch.
  • Service Provider: Evri

Important Note:

  • International packages may face customs duties & taxes. We are not responsible for covering these charges as stated in our shipping policy.

Question 2: What sizes do you offer? I cant find my size.

Size Information: Check the item listing for sizing info, all measurements are noted.

Inclusivity: We strive for inclusivity, and if you can't find your size, send us an email. We will explore new stock options with more inclusive sizes.

Question 3: What is the condition of the vintage items?

Answer:

Condition Descriptions: Check the listing for condition details; all items are vintage (unless stated otherwise!) & may have signs of wear.

Question 4: Can I return my item?

Answer:

Returns: Due to the vintage nature of our items, we do not accept returns. The condition of each item is detailed in the description, and sizing is provided with measurements. Please read carefully before purchasing. This is noted in our returns policy.

Question 5: Will you restock a sold-out item?

Answer:

Unique Items: Each item is vintage & one of a kind, limiting restocks and availability in multiple sizes.

However, if an item you wanted is sold out feel free to email us - we will do our best to source another one for you.

However, if theres an issue with your item (like damage or manufacturing errors) email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
